Through this program, customers with active maintenance agreements can earn Boss Bucks for every qualifying purchase, including repair work, add-on accessories, diagnostic procedures, parts, and filters! It’s our way of giving back to the homeowners who choose Grayson to keep their homes comfortable and their systems running smoothly. Whether you’re upgrading your system, replacing parts, or scheduling a repair, Grayson Rewards ensures that your continued partnership truly pays off.

Program Details

• No cash value and non-transferable.
• Boss Bucks earned at a residence may only be redeemed at that same address.
• Can be applied toward purchases including diagnostic charges, repair procedures, add-on accessories, parts, filters, insulation, renewal of existing maintenance agreement, and repair/replacement of equipment and/or ductwork.
• Not valid toward the purchase of a new Maintenance Agreement or new equipment.
• Earned Boss Bucks will be applied as a discount on the customer invoice at the time of work completion.
• Boss Bucks cannot be redeemed on the same visit on which they are earned.
• Customers must have an active Maintenance Agreement to earn Boss Bucks. If the agreement is canceled, any earned Boss Bucks are voided.
• Applies to residential customers only.
